Vision, purpose, value, transformation, creation, relationships, connectedness – these are more than material. And they are not just somewhere around business, they are central to business.

Why even think about these things? Because business is in crisis. What kind of crisis are we facing? Environmental destruction, eroding trust, consumer culture proliferating around the world, social injustice, existential dissatisfaction. And a planetary disconnect between business and the rest of the world, the rest of the planet.
